Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping rates and delivery We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order is processed, depending on your location.

Customs, duties and taxes

Skinny Hippo ships on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, which means all applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees are covered by us and included in your order. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery. In a small number of destinations, local customs regulations may not permit duty prepaid shipments. If this applies to your country, we will let you know at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package's progress to your door.

Lost or delayed packages

 Skinny Hippo is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
